How we work
The shape of how it works, from your first message to the last morning of the stay. Not a call centre, not a CRM: three steps, each with a person on the other end.
Tell us what you want
The conversational search is the fast way. The phone is the slower, better one. We are good at parsing 'somewhere quiet, with a chef, that won't bore the children.'
“Villa for eight in Sicily in July, walking distance to the sea…”
Parsed in seconds. Or a paragraph. Or a phone call.
We shortlist
Within a working day. Each comes with a short note on why we think it fits, and what the drawbacks are. We will tell you the things the brochure won't.
