Groups & companies

A whole villa is a better room than a hotel’s.

Offsites, board retreats, team weeks and client entertaining, in villas taken privately with the staff already in place. From Biarritz to Barbados, the Cotswolds to the Canary Islands, Dubrovnik to Dubai.

Staffed, not serviced

Who else is in the villa.

The difference between a large rental and a working retreat is who else is in the villa. Staffing is arranged per booking rather than bundled: you take what the week actually needs.

  • Chefs, up to and including Michelin-starred, for the week or a single dinner
  • A concierge on hand through the stay
  • Housekeeping daily
  • Security where the group or the location calls for it

The working week

Somewhere the work can happen.

A retreat that can't hold a call is a holiday. These are the things we check before a villa goes on a corporate shortlist.

  • 01High-speed internet throughout the villa
  • 02Chromecast and screens for presenting
  • 03Climate control room by room
  • 04Rooms that work as break-outs without rearranging the villa

And the rest of the day

Between sessions.

What's on the grounds decides whether people stay in the villa between sessions. Availability varies by property, and the shortlist says which villa has what.

  • Private spa and treatment rooms
  • Tennis courts
  • Heated pools and Jacuzzis
  • Cinema rooms
  • Golf access nearby
  • Helipad, at a small number of villas

How it runs

Four steps, in order.

  1. 01

Tell us the shape of it

Numbers, dates, and what the days are actually for: a board sitting round one table is not a hundred people needing break-outs.

  2. 02

    We build the presentation

A shortlist put together for the group, not a filtered search: what each villa does well, what it doesn't, and what it costs.

  3. 03

    Confirm the villa

One contract for the property. Rates and terms are the owner's; we tell you both before anything is signed.

  4. 04

    Then the detail

Rooming lists, dietary requirements, transfers and the staffing schedule, settled in the weeks before you travel.

Start the conversation

Tell us numbers, dates and destination.

Or none of those, if the point of the enquiry is to work out which. We come back with a presentation built for the group, what each villa does well, what it doesn't, and what it costs.

We are asked for these at booking, and some villas price by who is travelling. Leave blank if everyone is 18 or over.

We hold your details only to reply. We do not run a marketing list and never share contact details.
