This 8 bedroom stone villa with pool and sea views is in a tranquil location just a 15-minute walk from both Bol town centre and Zlatni Rat beach . The property is surrounded by olive groves and vineyard, making it the perfect choice for those looking to relax in a peaceful destination. The property consists of two villas, which are booked together to sleep a total of 20 people. It is perfect for groups of families and friends looking to be within easy reach of a vibrant town centre and coastline.
The two villas are set over two levels, with separate swimming pools looking out to the sea and partially shaded terrace with sun loungers. Both villas consists of a well-equipped kitchen, living room with a double sofa-bed, four double bedrooms and two shower rooms. Outside there is an upper terrace overlooking the garden, accessed via the living room area, where guests can enjoy alfresco dining.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the island but it is not essential for reaching the town or beach. There are many lovely shops, restaurants and bars in Bol town , providing for a lovely day out. Excursions to the mainland and other islands can be taken from the port. The property is the ideal base for groups of families and friends looking to be within walking distance to beaches, restaurants bars.
