The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Stairs lead up from the lower-ground parking area to the ground floor entrance. Guests enter into an open plan living-kitchen-dining room which then leads on to two double bedrooms and a shower room. One double bedroom has direct access to the terrace. The private outdoor space is comprised of a sun deck with pool, table and chairs, covered terrace with sun loungers and BBQ. The pool and terrace are accessed only from this apartment and are for sole guest use. There are 5 other apartments in the building - all are residential.

Car hire is not essential. The nearest beach is within walking distance and local shops and restaurants are also easily reached on foot. The various sights and entertainment available in the Old Town can be reached by a frequent bus service. The apartment would suit a family or group of friends looking to stay within easy reach of Dubrovnik old town and within walking distance of tennis courts. It also provides an excellent base from which to explore this area by car including visiting the nearby old towns of Cavtat as well as day trips to Montenegro and the Pelješac Peninsula. As this property is situated in a residential area, please note that there are noise restrictions in place after 11pm prohibiting any loud music, parties etc. in the outdoor area after this time.
