This 4-bedroom villa is located in the Lapad-Gruz area of Dubrovnik city and is within walking distance of a local grocery, Lapad Sunset beach and restaurants. It would suit friends and families looking to be near to the sea and a short drive from Dubrovnik old town.
The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/lounge area, a separate shower room and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The pool/terrace area can be accessed from the lounge area. There is also a smaller terrace located behind the building, perfect for dinning al fresco. The first floor offers guests 3 double bedrooms with pool/garden views; 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms.
Car hire is not recommended when staying at the villa. The location of the villa means that guests can reach Dubrovnik old town within a 15-minute drive. Lokrum Island is a great family day out and is just a 20-minute ferry ride from Dubrovnik old port.
