The fourth floor opens out into an open-plan living and dining area framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a small green space, allowing natural light to pour in and provide sea views throughout the space. The well equipped kitchen features a central island and wine fridge, creating the perfect hub for social gatherings and shared meals. The bathrooms and kitchen are finished with striking Ceppo di Gré porcelain, adding a sophisticated touch to the interiors.
