This 2 bedroom beautiful seaside villa offers guests direct access to a secluded beach from its sea facing terrace with infinity pool. It boasts a modern interior, wonderful sea views and is ideally suited for families or groups of friends who want to relax in private while enjoying the picturesque coastline.

The villa is approached along a track road which comes directly off the main coastal road and leads down to the villa. At the end of the track is the villa which has plenty of parking spaces. The ground floor of the villa consists of an open plan kitchen / living / dining room with patio doors that open directly to a covered terrace which leads to the outside dining area, infinity pool and then down to the beach. There are two double bedrooms both of which have an en-suite shower room. An additional 1 person is able to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Whilst the villa has its own access to the sea, there is a public beach 100m from the villa.

Car hire is recommended as it is a 10 minute drive to the nearest town Slano and a 35 minute drive to the popular city of Dubrovnik, which offers an array of shops, bars and restaurants. The location of the villa would suit guests who not only want to explore local towns and cities but also enjoy lounging exclusively by the pool and the beach.
