The villa
This 3 bedroom hilltop villa is located in Pobrezje overlooking Mokosica and Rijeka dubrovacka and is but a 20-minute drive from Dubrovnik old town. It would suit friends and families looking for a rural villa holiday.
This property is surrounded by gardens and offers guests an infinity pool and a terrace area covered by a pergola. This terrace can be accessed via patio doors leading from the lounge area. There is also an additional terrace/BBQ area to the side of the villa. On the ground floor of the villa there is an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, 2 double bedrooms and a separate shower room. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room and which access to a balcony offering guests sea views.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. Dubrovnik old town offers guests an array of bars, shops and restaurants. Lokrum Island which can be reached from Dubrovnik Old Port within a 20 minute ferry ride is a perfect way to spend a day; with rock pools, a couple of restaurants, tropical vegetation and peacocks.
