The villa
This villa offers dramatic landscape views and is only a short walk to the beach front. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and stunning sea views from the numerous terraces that the property provides. It would suit families and friends looking for a relaxing villa holiday, within a short drive of Dubrovnik city.
The property consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/lounge area and a WC. Guests can access the terrace/pool area from the lounge. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, both sharing a balcony. Guests can find a further 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms on the second floor; one of the bedrooms has access to its own private balcony. All bedrooms offer beautiful sea views. The villa is set above the main road, which may cause some road noise at times.
Car hire is recommended when staying in Zaton Mali. Guests can find sites such as shops, restaurants and a pebbly beach all within walking distance and Zaton Bay offers a small selection of waterfront restaurants. Dubrovnik old town can be reached within a 15-minute drive from the villa and is famous for its rich and cultural sights; in particular its city walls .
