The villa is approached along a track road which comes directly off the main coastal road and leads down to the villa. At the end of the track is the villa which has plenty of parking spaces. The ground floor of the villa consists of a spacious kitchen/diner with patio doors that open directly to a covered terrace, this leads to the saltwater infinity pool and then down to the beach. There are 2 double bedrooms and a triple bedroom plus 3 bathrooms also on the ground floor. The first floor has a lounge (with sofa bed) and balcony with sea views, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. There is also a games room with pool table, gym with a good selection of equipment and a sauna. To the rear of the villa is a small play area for children, with table tennis table. Whilst the villa has its own access to the sea, there is a public beach 100m from the villa.
