It consists of a very spacious open plan kitchen-living-dining area with french doors leading onto a sea face balcony. A spiral staircase from the lounge leads to a galleried sleeping area with 1 single bed. There are also two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. One of the bedrooms has french doors onto a sea facing balcony.
