The villa
This luxurious 4 bedroom villa is located on the island of Hvar, in the picturesque town of Svrice, which is known for cultivation of olives and grapes. It is well suited to a family or group of friends who want to be near to beaches, shops, restaurants and cafes.
The property is reached via outdoor steps and consists of 2 floors which are connected by internal stairs. The ground floor consists of 1 twin bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a en-suite bathroom. Also on the ground floor there is a separate shower room, as well as a kitchen and dining area from which you have access to the terrace which has an outdoor dining space. The first floor consist of 1 double bedroom which has access to its own private balcony with sun loungers and a countryside view. There is also 2 separate shower rooms and a lounge which allows access to another balcony.
Car hire is recommended. Popular places on the island Hvar, worthy of a visit include Jelsa , Stari Grad and the famous Hvar town . For swimming we recommend beach Soline near Vrboska, whereby visitors can enjoy fresh crystal clear water and various recreational facilities.
