Guests enter the property from the parking area into the ground floor which features a large open plan kitchen / dining room and separate lounge where a number of French doors open out onto the sea facing terrace offering wonderful sea views. There is also a guest toilet on this level.

The first floor contains all 6 bedrooms listed as follows: 3 x double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, a further 2 x double bedrooms, 1 x bedroom with bunk beds and a baby cot, and 2 x family bathrooms - one with a bath. This floor is equipped with one sea facing balcony spanning the entire length of the villa. All the double bedrooms have access to this balcony via balcony doors. One of the bunk beds offers a sea view. A door on this level offers access to the ground floor as well as the pool area.

The outdoor infinity pool is built into a hillside above the house which offers stunning views and a sunny position for most of the day. The pool is accessed from both sides of the villa with approximately 10 steps up to the pool area from the first floor bedroom level. The beach is accessed via a 25m walk along the road.
