The villa
Located within 2-3 km of Stari Grad on Hvar Island, in a unique residential area surrounded by the beautiful greenery of the Croatian countryside. This selection of 3-bedroom villas with pools and sea views are perfect for families and friends who want to stay in a tranquil natural environment close to incredible scenery, local beaches, shops and restaurants.
Each villa is identical and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / lounge area, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a separate WC and a large terrace leading to the garden and pool area. On the first floor there is 2 double bedrooms each with an en suite shower room. As well as access to a balcony offering picturesque sea views. A new road from the villas has now been developed which leads to a small private beach for guests only. The residential area has a play ground for children and and golf cart rental service is available locally.

Car hire is recommended Hvar Island. Stari Grad is known for being the oldest town in Croatia and is a great place to explore and learn about Croatia’s rich heritage and culture. The quiet town is surrounded by a beautiful landscape and has a lovely harbor which is surrounded by shops and authentic restaurants. Other popular places worth visiting on Hvar island is Jelsa and the famous Hvar town .
