This pretty stone villa is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Momjan in northern Istria. Wonderful views are available throughout the property and the inviting pool deck make this an especially great choice for families.
The villa is approached down a country road where entry is into a gravel drive. Guests enter the villa into a country kitchen/diner with a corridor leading to a separate utility room and separate shower room. To the rear of the ground floor there is a lounge with fireplace and a second larger dining table. The first floor features a twin room, a double room containing a double bed and a door leading out onto a wonderful covered terrace fitted with comfortable outdoor seating where guests can soak up the magnificent country views.
