Surrounded by beautiful scenery and mountains, this 4 bedroom villa with pool is one of the few villas located actually within the Ucka National Park. The National Park is part of Istria’s quiet and unspoilt eastern coastline and is within driving distance of the pretty seaside resort of Rabac and the Opatija Riviera. The villa would appeal to those looking for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing destination that provides great outdoor activities such as hiking along the wonderful mountain trails, cycling through fields, horse-riding or rock climbing in one of the best areas in Croatia.

The villa is approached along a country road with guests entering up a short flight of stairs at the front of the villa onto a veranda with table and chairs and into the ground floor hallway which leads to a kitchen diner, lounge with sofa bed for two and a shower room. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a shower room and on the second floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. To the right of the villa is an outside dining area with built-in BBQ, stairs lead from here up to the secluded and inviting swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.

As well as a variety of outdoor activities on offer, asparagus and truffle hunting (seasonal) can also be arranged locally. Other areas of interest include visiting the unspoilt islands of Cres and Losinj, trips to other parts of Istria such as the impressive towns of Pula, with its Roman amphitheatre , Rovinj and Porec.
