On the ground floor there is a W/C, 2 double bedrooms both of which have en-suite shower rooms and access to the terrace and a open plan kitchen, lounge/dining area which has access to the terrace, garden area, summer kitchen, and pool area. From the main entrance there is a staircase which leads to the first floor. On the first floor there is a study room and two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to private balconies which offer spectacular countryside views of Motovun.

Car hire is recommended for this region. The area is famous for its wine, olive and truffles and the property lies within easy access of Livade village and Restaurant Zigante , one of Croatia ’s finest dining establishments featuring a number of signature truffle dishes including truffle ice cream. The hill top town of Motovun with its famous annual film festival is also not far away.
