This comfortable 4 bedroom sea view villa with pool and rooftop jacuzzi / sauna is located near Medulin and is within walking distance to the beach. This villa is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a relaxing getaway.
This villa consists of 3 floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen / diner / living room, a shower room, a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and access via patio doors to a covered terrace with dining facilities, garden, pool and sea view. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms and balconies. On the second (top) floor there is a fabulous rooftop Jacuzzi and sauna with sea views.
Car hire is recommended while staying at the property. Just a short walk away is a lovely beach with a harbour beach bar where guests can relax. With plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, there is much to be explored.
