The main entrance leads to the ground floor where there is an open plan kitchen / dining / living room, 2 double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the covered terrace, garden and generous sized pool. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room, both rooms have a balcony each where guests can enjoy stunning countryside views.

Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. The villa is perfectly located to explore both the inland Istria region including the wine and olive trail routes and the picturesque Brijuni National Park . Porec, a lively seaside town is within easy access of the villa and offers a wide range of shops and restaurants whilst the UNESCO protected Porec Basilica is well worth a visit.
