The villa is arranged over two floors. The main entrance opens onto the ground floor, where an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge create a bright and sociable living space. Patio doors lead out to a generous covered outdoor lounge area, which flows seamlessly to the pool and surrounding sun terrace. A cloakroom is also located on this level. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms and two shower rooms.
