A contemporary 4 bedroom villa with pool and wonderful views over the mountains and the sea below. This spacious villa with its panoramic views and quiet setting is ideally located for families or groups of friends looking for peace and tranquillity yet within easy reach of Split city centre.
The villa itself is set over three floors. Entrance on the first floor leads to a large open plan living-kitchen-dining room which is well equipped for entertaining and relaxing in the evening, taking in the panoramic views over Split and the surrounding areas. Spiral stairs lead up to the second floor, comprising three double bedrooms (eaves), two with balcony, and one twin bedroom (eaves). Two spacious shower rooms (eaves) can also be found on this level.
From the entrance, guests have access to a large terrace with BBQ and gazebo with dining furniture. The large pool area is surrounded by sun loungers, offering wonderful views to the sea. A parking garage can be found on the ground floor, with external stairs to the terrace.
