The villa is approached through the village of Razanj along a gravel road to a parking area by the side of the villa. Guests enter the ground floor of the property which features a kitchen/dining room, a lounge and a study that all open onto a large sea facing terrace. There is also a separate guest toilet on this floor. The first floor of the property features a double room with a private balcony, and a twin and a double room with french doors opening onto a shared balcony. There is also a family bathroom on this floor. The second floor of the property features a triple room (one double and one single bed) with en-suite bathroom and balcony. All of the balconies in the property are sea facing. The ground floor of the property features a kitchen/dining room, a lounge and a study which all open onto a large sea facing terrace. There is also a separate guest toilet on this floor.

Outside the villa there is a BBQ and steps down to the sea where sun loungers and umbrellas are laid out by the water.
