This modern 4 bedroom villa on the sea is located in pretty coastal village Sevid, near Primosten, well known for its wonderful crystal clear waters. This beautiful setting is ideal for a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings. A path leads directly from the house to the sea, and guests can bring their own boat as there is a mooring facility located in front of the house .
The villa is approached from a country road and guests enter into a spacious covered parking area. A door located to the side of the house leads into the ground floor hallway, with double bedroom and separate bathroom. A short flight of stairs leads down into the indoor dining area with a partially separated country style kitchen.
