The villa
This modern villa, complete with a private pool and garden, is just a short walk from the beach and offers a peaceful retreat while remaining within easy reach of the lively town of Vodice on the Šibenik Riviera. Its refined layout and contemporary design make it an excellent choice for families or groups of friends seeking both comfort and convenience.
The villa is arranged over three floors. Guests enter on the ground floor into a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Patio doors open from the living space onto a shaded dining terrace furnished with a table and chairs, leading on to the pool area and enclosed garden. A double bedroom and shower room are also located on this level. The first floor features two additional double bedrooms, each served by its own shower room. On the second floor, there is a further double bedroom, a shower room, and a comfortable living area with access to a private balcony.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider Šibenik Riviera and surrounding region. Vodice itself is a vibrant coastal town, with a wide selection of cafés, bars, and restaurants lining its attractive marina. Sibenik is easily reached for a day trip, as is the stunning Krka National Park , renowned for its beautiful waterfalls.
