9-Bedroom Villa with Exceptionally Large Heated Pool and Sea Views near Trogir – Sleeps 18- 22

The villa is approached from the main coastal road through the harbour town of Marina with a short uphill drive leading to ample parking at the rear of the property. The accommodation is arranged over three levels thoughtfully laid out to accommodate large groups comfortably.

Ground Floor – Sleeps 2. Accessed via steps from the parking area, the ground floor features a spacious open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area with four patio doors opening onto a covered sea-view terrace. A short hallway leads to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe. This level also includes a utility room and a guest WC.

First Floor – Sleeps 8–10. Reached via an internal staircase, the first floor consists of two self-contained apartments. Each apartment features an open-plan lounge with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a separate shower room, and a further bedroom with bunk beds. One of the apartments also features a double sofa bed. Both apartments enjoy access to a shared sea-facing balcony from the lounge and double bedroom.
