The outdoor split level terrace and infinity pool is accessed from the lounge. A further set of stairs takes guests down to the sea.

Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. There are a number of local cycling and hiking trails. The area serves delicious food and the local white wine 'Posip' is highly recommended. There are a couple of shops and a pizzeria in the centre of the local village. Bikes, Kayaks and windsurfers are all available to rent from Brna town. The beach at nearby Istruga Bay has a popular sandy beach and is renowned for its healing mud with curative powers so it is claimed.
