3 Bedroom Seaview Villa with Indoor heated Pool near Omis, Sleeps 6

The villa is approached along a local road where garage parking is available for guest use. A flight of steps up the side of the villa leads to the main entrance door opening into the first floor hallway. This floor features a semi open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with patio doors leading out onto a sea facing balcony where guests can enjoy al fresco dining or relaxing in the comfortable terrace lounge furniture. There is also an office and guest WC on this level. The first floor consists of 2 x double bedrooms which share a sea facing balcony a twin bedroom, a shower room, and a family bathroom. The lower ground floor (basement) accessed from the first floor features a spa centre with indoor heated pool, with sliding doors opening out onto a garden terrace with sea views. There is also a utility room, shower and toilet on this level.

For larger groups there is the possibility to add an additional 2-bedroom apartment with sofa bed for 1 person located next door to increase the sleeping capacity to 11 persons.

Below the villa, a 5 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk away is the historic town of Omis from where you can take a dip in the bay. The river Cetina which flows from the nearby mountains enters the sea here. The river and canyon which are located near the villa offer a myriad of outdoor activities including canoeing, white-water rafting, climbing and mountain-biking. The hiking is especially outstanding through the wooded slopes to the mountain ridges. There is a walk from the villa to the Venetian fort directly above from where there is an excellent view of the Cetina. The villa provides an excellent and relaxing base from which to explore the surrounding region and to participate in the numerous activities on offer.
