A range of outdoor activities are on offer in the area which is also popular with windsurfers. With its terrace shaded by trees close to a pebble beach, this property provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea.
Guests can park their car on the lane near the beach house. The villa is set over two levels and is entered from the lane directly onto the first floor, where there is a double and a single bedroom, each with ensuite shower room. The ground floor, at beach level, has a large living-kitchen-dining room with high ceilings and elegant décor. One double bedroom and a bathroom are accessed from the living area. Patio doors lead to a pretty terrace and pool, and through to a beach. Guests access a separate apartment with the fourth bedroom via the beach, through the garden and to the front door. The apartment consists of a separate kitchen with shower room to one side, a spacious lounge with sea/garden view and a door leading through to a double bedroom also with sea/garden view . Both the lounge and bedroom have patio doors leading out onto the garden.
Adjacent to the beach house is the villa ( PJ010 ), a former sea captains house, capable of sleeping up to eight persons. Both properties could be rented together to sleep 14-15 persons subject to availability. Orebic , one of the largest towns on the Peninsula is home to a maritime museum and a Franciscan monastery dating back to the 15 th century as well as a pretty sea shore promenade with a selection of restaurants and bars. Across the water from Orebic and accessible by a 20 minute car ferry or a 10 minute passenger boat lies the Island of Korčula with the town of the same name, said by many to be the birth place of Marco Polo.
