The villa has three floors. On the ground floor is a kitchen, a bathroom and a triple bedroom with a double and a single bed. This opens onto a balcony. The first floor comprises of another triple bedroom, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a kitchen which opens onto a covered terrace. Outdoor steps lead to the second floor where there is an open plan kitchen/lounge, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms. Outside there is a terrace with a pool. There is also a BBQ and various balconies with space for alfresco dining.

Car hire is recommended while staying at the property. The villa is located in walking distance to the sea where guests can spend the day relaxing and swimming at the beach. There are also various restaurants, cafes and bars by the beach. Korčula town is a 15-minute drive away, where there is an open-air cinema and a museum. The Revelin Tower in the Old Town, the Marco Polo House and Kula Morska Vrata are recommended when exploring the islands historic sites.
