The villa is approached via a driveway leading to a convenient parking area beside the property. On the ground floor, large patio doors open into a bright and spacious lounge with comfortable seating, flowing through to a kitchen. Two bedrooms are also located on this level, both with en-suite bathrooms; one features a double bed and a sofa that converts into a single bed, while the other is arranged as a twin room. An external staircase leads to the upper floor, which mirrors the layout below with a second lounge and kitchen area, together with two additional en-suite bedrooms. One of these is a double room, while the other is arranged with twin beds. Large terraces on both levels provide far-reaching sea views and ample space for relaxing outdoors. The swimming pool, entered via Roman steps, is equipped with sunbeds for guests to relax and enjoy the impressive scenery. An outdoor dining area with barbecue offers the perfect setting for al-fresco meals.
