The villa consists of two storeys with bedrooms and bathrooms on each level. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge, dining area and large kitchen with doors leading to the pool area. There is also one double bedroom, one bathroom with a bathtub and one separate WC on this level. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom - as well as a shower room and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a large balcony accessible from the hallway overlooking the sea. Outside there is a long, partially covered terrace and lawn with a dining area and sun loungers.

Car hire is recommended since there are several sites to explore in the surrounding area of this part of Crete. A 12-minute drive along the coast will take guests to the city of Rethymno , with its great selection of tavernas, restaurants and bars in the Old Town. Highlights in the area include Fortezza Castle , which was built by the Venetians in the 16th century, Preveli Beach with its pebble beach and stunning blue waters and the ancient city of Phaistos. Further east by car, families would enjoy day trips to Water City , a large water park for all to enjoy or Dinosauria Park , a dinosaur park with life size replicas.
