This beautiful villa is located within the Costa Smeralda region and is part of a 5 villa complex. It would suit friends and families looking to have access to a shared pool and to be within a short drive of some of Sardinia’s best beaches.
The villa offers guests a private garden with outdoor seating and which leads onto the shared pool area. The interior of the villa consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, a separate kitchen and lounge area and 3 shower rooms. There is an additional bedroom with bunk beds and a shower room in an annex building, accessed via the garden.
Car hire is recommended when staying in the Costa Smeralda region, so that guests can explore all the surrounding beautiful, white sandy beaches. Porto Cervo; famous for its Glitz and Glam is just over 6km away and is worth a day trip. The Cala di Volpe Golf Club and also the beach is a 5-minute drive away. Spiaggia del Principe is one of Costa Smeralda’s most famous beaches and it is no wonder why with it's white sands and turquoise blue sea; located a 10-minute drive away, this beach is a must!
