The approach is via a short access lane, leading to gated on-site parking. Entrance is through a covered porch and directly into an airy, open-plan living space on the ground floor, bringing together a seating area, dining space and fitted kitchen, all cooled by air conditioning. There are two bedrooms, both fitted with mosquito screens and fans: one double room and a twin room with views towards the sea, served by a shower room.
