Just 1 km from the property is the enchanting village of Scopello with its restaurants and small shops. Traditionally a tiny village centred around tuna fishing, evidence of this can be seen to this day with numerous tuna dishes on offer in the local restaurants and the history is detailed in the local museum. The nearest beach, "I Faraglioni" is 1.2 km from the villa while the larger public beach of Guidaloca is 2 km away with plentiful sunbeds and numerous watersports on offer. Just 3km away is Zingaro , one of Sicily’s most spectacular nature reserves. Whether a seasoned hiker or an adventurous snorkeller, this seven-kilometre coastal trail connects Scopello to San Vito Lo Capo, leading you past hidden coves, smooth white pebbled beaches, and dramatic rocky cliffs.
