The apartment has a large living area with ornate ceilings, a separate kitchen, two double bedrooms and a twin room, each with their own bathrooms. Guests have access to a communal patio on the ground floor, shared with the other apartments in the building.

Car hire is optional for this centrally located apartment. Although it is not possible to drive within the town's walls, guests can use the public car parks outside of the walls and explore the town by foot. As well as the shops and excellent restaurants, Cortona offers a variety of cultural and historical sights such as the Etruscan Academy Museum and the Girifalco Fortress which offers stunning views of the town and the surrounding countryside. The beaches of Lake Trasimeno are a short drive away and the cities of Arezzo, Siena and Florence are easily accessible by car.
