The villa
This beautiful 3 bedroom villa with pool is suitable for families or groups of friends who want to relax among the breath-taking views of the Tuscan countryside, as well as explore the cultural and historical sights of central Italy.
The villa consists of two floors. On the ground floor you have the kitchen, dining room and a double bedroom with en suite shower room. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms both with an en suite shower room. You have access to the outside garden, terrace (with an al fresco dining area) and pool area with panoramic views from both floors. There is also parking within the grounds.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. The small charming town of Cortona is only 12 km away and is the main cultural and artistic centre of the Val di Chiana. The property is also close to Lake Trasimeno which is a beautiful sight surrounded by olive groves, woods of oak and castle topped medieval towns.
