The villa
Located in the grounds of a renowned winery this beautiful villa is surrounded by trees and stunning countryside and is just a five minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage town of San Gimignano. Perfect for those who want to relax in the Tuscan countryside while still being within easy reach of the shops and restaurants of the historic hillside town.
The ground floor has a large living area with a dining table, a kitchen and access to the garden. From the ground floor, four steps lead to a corridor with stairs up to the first floor, which has a separate shower room and two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and one with access to the terrace and pool area. Three steps lead down to a lounge and another double room with en-suite shower room.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. Golf lovers can enjoy the famous Castelfalfi golf course and Siena and Volterra are also easily accessible by car. Florence, with its stunning architecture and famous cultural sights is just over an hour away and is a perfect destination for a day trip.
