The exterior of the property offers gardens, a generously sized pool, a swing set and 2 separate terraces with outdoor seating (one of which is under a pergola); all of which offer panoramic countryside views. From the larger of the two terraces guests can enter via patio doors into a communal area where there is a dining room, a shower room and a separate kitchen, which guests can also access from the garden. There is an additional entrance into the villa via 6 steps up from the smaller terrace, which lead into the lounge and kitchenette area on the ground floor. There are also 2 separate shower rooms and a double four-poster bedroom and a double bedroom. The final entrance on the ground floor leads into a lounge/dining/kitchenette area and there is a shower room and two double bedrooms; one of which is an en-suite shower room. There are additional exterior steps that lead up to the first floor, where guests enter into a cozy kitchenette/lounge area. There is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a hydro-massage bath. There is also a separate area on the first floor which features a dining room and dining area and kitchenette, along with 2 double bedrooms and a separate shower room.

Car hire is recommended so that guests can explore the surrounding Tuscan towns; San Filippo, Castiglione D’Orcia, Chianciano Terme, Pienza are to name a few. Campiglia D’Orcia is located just over 2kms away and offers a taste of Tuscan small town life, along with grocery shops, a restaurant and cafes. If guests are looking for a bit of culture and history, then Siena is located under an hour and a half drive away.
