This villa is a good choice for two families or groups of friends wishing to holiday together in a pretty area close to all amenities, yet maintaining their own space.

The villa is comprised of two maisonettes, both laid out in similar fashion. Each maisonette comprises two double bedrooms, one benefiting from access to the balcony with lovely distant sea views over the town of Budva, and a separate bathroom, all located on the first floors. The ground floors of each maisonette have open-plan living-kitchen-dining rooms, each with access to the shared terrace and gardens.

Car hire is recommended at this villa, located just 5 minutes’ drive from Budva town centre and the local beaches. A favourite with the locals, the restaurant Grill Parma is just 15 minutes’ walk from the villa. Budva Old Town is worth exploring for a day, while there are plenty of activities within easy reach from hiking to rafting and exploring the abundance of Montenegrin National Parks.
