Guests arrive via a quiet lane to the driveway, where steps take you to the ground floor of the villa. This central floor features a bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, where large French doors lead directly to a covered veranda and the pool terrace. A spacious double bedroom on this level offers step-free access to the garden. A separate shower room and a discreet utility room complete this floor. Upstairs, the first floor includes a master suite with an en-suite shower room and access to a sea-facing terrace, as well as two further bedrooms — one twin and one double — which share a generous family bathroom. A comfortable second sitting room can be found on this floor offering a quiet corner for reading or reflection and French windows give access to the terrace. Up a ladder from the upper lounge guests will find a mezzanine level with a peaceful reading nook, with stairs continuing up to a rooftop platform boasting 360° panoramic views across Boka Bay. The lower ground floor is home to a flexible recreational space, including a small gym, table tennis area, traditional wine cellar built from sea-harvested stone, and an additional shower room. There's the option to sleep two more people on this floor. Outdoors, guests will find a well-maintained garden, a pool surrounded by sun loungers, a covered summer kitchen with built-in fireplace, and a charming tavern-style room with an open hearth — all arranged to encourage outdoor living throughout the day and into the evening.

Popular day trips include the UNESCO-listed towns of Kotor and Perast, or even a drive across the border to the iconic city of Dubrovnik. Boat trips around the bay, local wine tastings, and visits to remote beaches are easily arranged, giving guests the freedom to tailor their stay exactly as they wish.
