The villa
Located in a residential area near the amenities of Playa Blanca, this 2-bedroom single storey villa has cosy interiors, a private pool (with optional pool heating - charges apply during summer months) and a lovely terrace. The villa is walking distance to Faro Park with its restaurants and cafes and is only a short drive from Playa Blanca and the footpath leading to Montana Roja. Due to its ideal location and comfortable accommodation, the villa is perfect for families, couples or small groups of friends looking for a tranquil holiday destination not far from the amenities of the area.
The villa is located within a gated community. It consists of a lounge and dining area with doors leading to the pool and terrace. There is also a separate kitchen and utility room. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with doors leading directly to the terrace and one twin bedroom. Adjacent to the twin bedroom, there is a separate shower room for guests’ use. Outside guests can lounge by the pool on a sun bed or enjoy a meal in the sunshine.
Car hire is recommended. Guests can explore the many attractions near Playa Blanca and further afield on the island. Shoppers will enjoy the Marina Rubicon stylish street market and nature lovers can trek around Timanfaya National Park . For those interested in exploring other beaches in the area, the incredible rugged coastline of Los Hervideros and the beautiful Papagayo Beaches should not be missed.
