The villa
Located only a short drive away from Puerto del Carmen and the Puerto Calero marina, this beautifully maintained semi-detached property boasts sea views, its own private pool, large terrace and balcony. The owner lives adjacent and is available to assist with any queries guests may have. The pool is for guests only and the owner ensures their privacy at all times. Ideal for families and groups, the villa provides a good base for guests wanting to experience the resort, its beaches as well as to explore the island further afield. Guests can enjoy the large selection of restaurants, bars and shops in Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero marina as well as the serenity of the villa itself.
The property has two storeys. On the top floor, there is a large lounge with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding countryside. From here, there are doors leading to a small balcony which overlooks the sun terrace, pool and gardens. There is a separate eat-in kitchen with a large dining table. On the lower level, there are three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom - all with their own en-suite bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms has a sofa and direct access to the terrace and pool area. The decor is very modern and sleek with attention to detail, ensuring the needs of guests are met.
Car hire is highly recommended. Guests can explore the area around Macher, Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise, visiting unmissable sites along the coast and around the island. For golf enthusiasts, Lanzarote Golf Resort is located nearby. On Sundays, guests can visit Teguise Market or go for a wine tasting at the Bodega Vulcano de Lanzarote . Families will also enjoy spending a day at one of the many water parks located on this part of the island.
