The villa
Located within walking distance to the seafront promenade of Puerto del Carmen, this 3-bedroom, single storey villa has lovely contemporary interiors, a heated pool and large terrace with billiard table. From its elevated position, the villa has incredible sea views and guests can enjoy the many restaurants, bars and shops nearby, making it the ideal choice for families and large groups.
The villa consists of a separate eat-in kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area with doors leading directly to the large balcony, with steps down to the gated pool area, terrace and billiards table. There are three bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms which share a large family shower room. Each bedroom has its own plasma television.
Car hire is recommended. Guests can explore the area around Puerto del Carmen and travel throughout the island. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the Lanzarote Golf Resort located nearby. Shoppers can spend Sundays at Teguise Market and for the kids, there are numerous water parks on the island including Rancho Texas Theme Park .
