The villa
Located close to the centre of Costa Teguise, this light and airy 4-bedroom villa has its own private heated pool, terrace and gardens, ideal for families and large groups. It is within walking distance to the beach and its quiet location provides guests the best of both worlds - the tranquility of the villa’s enclosed terrace and the lively atmosphere within the town centre. There is a large selection of restaurants and bars for guests to enjoy, as well as the bustling Pueblo Marinero square, windsurfing at Playa Las Cucharas or shopping at the Friday night market.
The villa itself is arranged over two storeys. On the ground floor, there is a separate eat-in kitchen, large lounge and dining area with direct access to the terrace, gardens and gated pool. There is also a separate WC on this level. Upon ascending an impressive light filled staircase, guests will find four bedrooms on the first floor. There are three twin bedrooms, each with its own ensuite shower room, and one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Car hire is recommended. Guests may wish to explore the island and visit one or more of the many other resorts, beaches or sites that Lanzarote has to offer. For golf enthusiasts, Teguise Golf Resort is closeby. Families will enjoy a visit to the Lanzarote Aquarium or can spend a day of fun at Aqua Park . For nature lovers, a 30 minute drive to Timanfaya National Park is a must see attraction.
