This three bedroom villa is in a great location; within a 10-minute walk to the old town and Kalkan public beach is a mere 15-minute walk away. This property would suit families and a group of friends looking to be near to the sea.
The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen and lounge with a sofa unit and a dining table that can seat six people. The first bedroom is a twin room and along with the kitchen/lounge area, it too has access to the outdoor terrace. Through the patio doors there is a good-sized pool with some sun loungers and an outdoor dining table that can seat six. There is also an area with table tennis. The top floor consists of the two other bedrooms both double rooms with balconies. All bedrooms are en-suite. There is also private parking available.
Car hire is recommended to be able to explore Kalkan and all that the region has to offer. This villa is within close proximity of the shops, restaurants and bars and is perfect if guests are looking to be in the hub of it all. The historical Lycian sites of the region and Kas are definitely worth a day trip.
