It is a perfect choice for large families or large groups, who are looking to have easy access to shops, bars and restaurants but also looking for privacy. Its elevated position above Kalkan means that the villa offers panoramic views over Kalkan Bay.

The ground floor consists of two en-suite twin bedrooms, both of which open up onto the exterior terrace, where the private infinity pool can be found. Surrounding the pool are sun loungers and parasols and there are external stairs, which lead up to the first floor with a further terrace with an outdoor dining area that seats six people. Perfect for those warm, summer evenings. Through the patio doors on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen table that seats six and a lounge with two sofas and a TV.
