The villa is approached via a coastal road where guests can park their cars in an underground car park. There is direct access from the underground car park into the raised ground floor hallway of the villa. This level features an open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge with full length folding patio doors opening directly out onto the infinity pool and L shaped terrace featuring sun loungers, dining table and BBQ from where guests can enjoy magnificent views of the bay. This level also features a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a guest toilet room and a utility room. The first floor contains 2 x double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and both sharing a sea facing balcony. The top (2nd) floor features a twin bedroom suite with sofa bed for 2 and patio doors leading out to a sea facing balcony. As the villa is located in a residential area it is not suitable for loud parties.

Slano village is a hidden delight. A friendly harbour town featuring a selection of restaurants and shops as well as a hotel and marina. Dubrovnik City is a 40-minute car or taxi ride away as is an explore of the Pelješac region located north of Slano which includes the historic town of Ston with its’ impressive defensive stone walls over 5kms in length. Slano is a good choice for experiencing authentic Dalmatian seaside living.
