This 5 bedroom luxury beachfront villa with pool occupies an enviable first row to the sea position in the highly desirable sea side neighbourhood of Lozica. Located within a short drive from Dubrovnik city, the villa offers guests an opportunity to relax in a quiet setting yet be within easy access of dining and entertainment facilities located in Dubrovnik
The villa is accessed from the central road that passes through Lozica. Guests enter directly into the upper parking level with stairs going down to the house. The villa is located over 5 floors and is presented as follows:
Ground floor – Outdoor swimming pool, dining table with BBQ, kitchenette, Spa centre featuring a Turkish sauna, gym and shower room. From this level private stairs lead down to sea level where there is a private plateau for sunbathing and swimming.
