From its enviable hillside position in Orašac this contemporary elegant villa combines modern design with privacy and tranquillity, offering breathtaking views of the Adriatic and the Elafiti Islands. Being located just a short drive from Dubrovnik, the villa is ideally suited to families, friends, or groups seeking a sophisticated and relaxing retreat within easy reach of the city’s renowned restaurants, culture, and nightlife.
Accessed via the main coastal road, the three storey property opens through gates into a secure parking area for two cars.
2nd floor: Coming in the front door from the parking area guests enter a lounge area that leads out onto a balcony and has 2 bedrooms on either side - 1 twin and 1 double with a shared furnished balcony with sea views and each with its own ensuite shower room.
1st floor: Descending from the 2nd to the 1st floor guest will find 3 more bedrooms: 1 double with an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and 2 twins with ensuite shower rooms. The double and one twin share a furnished balcony with sea views and one has a private furnished balcony with sea views. This floor also has a gym, sauna and a guest WC.
