The villa
Located next to the small Istian town of Mutvoran, this 3-bedroom villa is surrounded by lovely secluded gardens and has its own private pool. The villa also has an indoor gym, sauna and Jacuzzi making it an ideal holiday home for groups of friends or families.
The villa is set across three floors including a basement level.
On the ground floor, there is an L shaped lounge with a kitchen and dining room with doors leading to the pool and terrace. There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate WC on this level. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom both of which have direct access to a shared balcony with country views. In the basement, guests can enjoy the gym, sauna and jacuzzi for an ultimate relaxing retreat. Outside there is a private pool, sun loungers, table tennis, a BBQ, playhouse, trampoline, basketball hoop and an area for outside dining.
Car hire is recommended. The town of Vodnjan is 20 minutes' journey by car and a little further afield, the city of Pula (22km), with it's Roman amphitheatre , and the Brijuni Islands National Park are also worth visiting.
